Open the Rupexi app, tap "Log In", then "Forgot Password". Enter your email and you'll receive a reset link within 2 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription in the app or web dashboard. Tap "Cancel Plan". You'll keep access until the end of your billing period and we'll never charge you again.
Yes. Pro and higher plans can export all data as CSV, PDF, or Excel from Analytics → Export. Free plan users can export up to 3 months of data in CSV format.
Yes! The full Rupexi web app is available and works in any modern browser. All data syncs in real-time with your mobile app.
