Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rupexi. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Rupexi provides expense tracking, budgeting, subscription detection, and AI-generated financial insights. Rupexi is a financial-management tool, not a bank, broker, or licensed financial adviser. Insights are informational and do not constitute professional financial, tax, or investment advice.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, disrupt its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

Rupexi and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Rupexi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
